Our Services

Individual support

More than support — we’re helping participants build confidence, independence and everyday skills. We work alongside each participant to understand their NDIS goals and provide personalised support in the community, at home, at therapy appointments and with personal care. Through real-life experiences, travel training, practical life skills and support with self-care, we help participants build confidence and become more independent in their everyday lives.
Capacity Building Residential Weekends

Our group residential weekends are all about independence, confidence, connection and having fun. We work with participants to align each weekend with their NDIS goals, creating opportunities to practise travel training, cooking, money management, self-care, communication, social skills and other everyday life skills. Weekends can be booked in advance or arranged ad hoc, subject to availability.
School Holiday Adventures

School holidays are for getting out, trying new things and having fun! Our community access and capacity building programs are designed around participants’ NDIS goals, combining exciting activities with opportunities to develop travel skills, self-care, life skills, confidence, independence and social connections — all while making great memories.
